1. Operations

Available only upon client request

This module is used to monitor operational and contractual KPIs to benchmark vessels and/or projects. It is only available to clients who have included it in their commercial agreement with Spinergie.

  • Compare key metrics over selectable time-periods on the Operations page

  • Choose between Vessel or Project overview:

Filter Operations performance data

Filter operations performance data by project, vessel type (e.g. SOV, CTV, JUV..) or by vessel manager to refine the comparison

Enable comparison on customizable period of times

  • Select the current period and the comparison period

  • The arrows gives the current metrics behavior against the comparison period (“prev: xx%”)

Deep-dive into specific KPI analytics over time

  • Click on a KPI to open a more precise chart and analysis over time

  • Navigate on the page to analyse the data, click on edit mode, check the table “detailed values”

    • If a KPI target has been set-up - Compare KPI data with its target, cf example below: number of day sailed per week vs. target

    • You can also set-up a target yourself for a specific vessel on a specific KPI, by clicking on “+ target button”

      • A pop-up window will open where you will be able to create any target + periods relevant to this target, example below

      • 💡 Tip to quickly add a new KPI linked to next period: click on the “Duplicate with next period” button

  • Click on “view report” to deep-dive into a specific day and investigate on the root cause (example here: a transfer aborted)

  • On the report page, navigate and click on the 3 dots, and open DPR

  • Analyse the value and the root cause in the DPR

2. Cycles

Compare key metrics over time using the cycles page:

Filter cycle data

Filter cycle data by project, vessel type (e.g. FTS, barge, TSV..), or by OGV to refine the comparison

Visualize specific metrics in the bar chart

  • Use the “edit mode” to dive deeper into the visual metric comparison per cycle

  • Choose the key metric to be compared across the vessel / project

  • Download the data or the image using the icons on the top right corner of the chart

Overview of cycle metrics

  • Customized cycle metrics are displayed in the table at the bottom of the page. One row represents one defined cycle.

  • Update the columns that are displayed, or download the table using the icons in the top-right corner.

Click on the x-axis on the chart, or the “Cycle” column in the table to deep-dive into the cycle

  • Summary of key metrics defined for the cycle

  • AIS tracking of the vessel during the cycle period

  • DPR activities reported by the vessel during the cycle period

Analyse time spent in each detected and reported activity

3. Project tracking

Module used to analyse projects progress

  • Live performance analysis to understand the drivers behind non-productive time

  • Quickly gauge project progress and make adjustments as needed, ensuring milestones are met as planned

Project Overview

  • Filter data over selectable time periods

  • Compare projects with common KPIs

  • Check project status

Current status

  • Click on “Project” and enter the more detailed tabs of Project Tracking, “Current status”

  • Check current status with KPIs realized over total planned

  • Compare progress over time with realized S-curves and scenarios

  • Navigate to other pages (packages, workphases)

  • Deep-dive into the tab “status by area” to check the percentage of milestone completion per specific geographic zones of the windfarm

  • See at a glance the same information on the map with milestones progression pie charts

  • Click on a location to view the historical logs of milestones completion with reported dates

Fleet analysis

  • Check KPIs at fleet level, with fleet schedule and weather layer against performed activities

  • Bar-charts give a duration analysis aggregated

  • Enter edit mode in all the charts to dive deeper into the analytics and add filters in the upper right

Performance analysis

  • Compare project outcomes and performance baseline to meansure ongoing operations

  • Vessels days at POI to see the duration spent, chart can be colored by activity to see quickly if a location required more time

  • Activity duration statistics across POI allows to see the distribution of the duration of each activity, can be used for future tenders and/or compare projects and vessel types (click on edit type to filter the charts by the vessel types)

  • Soil overview gives another layer of context to understand time spent on specific activities (drilling, scour protection) at specific locations according to seabed sediment
